Abington Drops Conference Match to Harrisburg

Abington, Pa. – The Penn State Abington women's tennis team dropped its United East Conference (UEC) match to visiting Penn State Harrisburg by the score of 9-0 on Saturday afternoon at the Abington Tennis Courts.

How It Happened

* Harrisburg took an early 3-0 lead after winning all three doubles competitions.

* At second singles, sophomore Tinatin Sadzaglishvili won three games in her match up with Harrisburg's Bre DeSantis. DeSantis won match, 6-1, 6-2.

* Harrisburg went on to record victories in each singles competition, including four shutout wins.
