Abington Competes at Pennsylvania Classic

RESULTS

State College, Pa. – The Penn State Abington men's golf team competed at the Pennsylvania Classic hosted by Penn State Altoona at the Penn State Blue Course in State College. The Nittany Lions finished the two-day tournament 16^th overall as a team.

Tournament Notes

* Senior Jack Lenox was the team's top-finisher as he finished with a two-day score of 166. Lenox improved on day two as he carded an 81.

* Sophomore Matthew Kilner posted a two-day score of 170 and improved on day two with a score of an 82.

* Junior Bern Popky finished the tournament with a score of 171 with scores of 87 and 84.

* Freshman Anthony Feliciani recorded a two-day score of 175 (86-89).

* Sophomore Matt Duggan finished with a two-day score of 186 (98-88) as he improved by 10 strokes on day two.

Next Up
Abington returns to action on Monday, April 14 as the Nittany Lions face Delaware Valley University in a dual match at the Lookaway Golf Club.
