Abington Defeats Aggies in Dual Match

RESULTS

Buckingham, Pa. – The Penn State Abington men's golf team defeated Delaware Valley University in a dual match on Monday afternoon at Lookaway Golf Club. The Nittany Lions defeated the Aggies by the score of 332-336.

Matthew Kilner was the team's lowest scorer as he finished the par-72 course with a 77. Only Delaware Valley's John Brennan finished with a lower score as he carded a 75.

Bern Popky finished third overall with a score of 82, while Jack Lenox finished fifth with an 86 to round out the top-five in the standings.

Matt Duggan finished tied for sixth with the Aggies' Nick Lienhard as both finished the day with a score of 87.

Abington returns to action on Tuesday, April 15 as the Nittany Lions compete in the Shawnee Premier Tournament.
