Abington Competes at Highlander Invitational

RESULTS

Langhorne, Pa. - The Penn State Abington men's cross country team competed at the annual Highlander Invitational hosted by Cairn University on Saturday.

Meet Highlights

* Junior Marco Isabella was the team's top finisher as he completed the 8k-course in a time of 30:49.2. Isabella finished 14^th overall among 91 runners.

* Junior Nic Worrall was the next runner to finish as he crossed the finish line in 37:11.8 (50^th).

* Freshmen Joseph Luis (72^nd) and Anthony Silva (73^rd) finished back-to-back. Luis recorded a time of 42.28.4, while Silva crossed in 43:12.4.

Abington returns to action on Saturday, Oct. 12 as the Nittany Lions take part in the Jack St. Clair Memorial hosted by Thomas Jefferson University at Belmont Plateau in Philadelphia.
